Duo Loewe-Musso
The performances of the duo are characterized by a musical intuition as well as a deep knowledge of the score. The duo was founded 2019 by Bastian Loewe (violin) and Stefano Musso (piano). The two musicians met at the end of their musical studies in Basel. Encouraged by their teachers, they decided to continue with their duo project. They have worked with great musicians such as Anton Kernjak, Antonio Valentino (Trio Debussy), Barbara Doll, Filippo Gamba and Claudio Martinez Mehner. In the next years the duo has concerts in Switzerland, Italy and Germany.
Loewe Quartett
Exciting, young, inspiring- the Loewe Quartett distinguishes itself threw an expressive musicality and a sensitive interaction between the players. Founded in 2020 at the “Zürcher Hochschule der Künste” by Bastian Loewe (violin), Livia Berchtold (violin), Juan Carlos Escobar (viola) and Alina Morger (cello), the quartet won the 1st prize at the “Kiwanis Competition” in 2021. Since then they regularly play all along Switzerland. In September 2022 they will play at the “Kleine Tonhalle” in Zürich. They have received important influences from musician such as Wendy Enderle (Carmina Quartett), Alexander Sitkovetsky (Julia Fischer Quartett), Lawrence Power, and Thomas Grossenbacher.
